Privacy policy for multiboxi.com
This covers this website and the waitlist. We will publish the Terms and the Privacy Policy of the multiboxi app before we open the app to the first people outside the team.
Data controller

Visiting the website
The website uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no third-party scripts and no fonts from external servers.
The server processes your IP address and browser data only for the duration of a request, to serve and protect the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not keep a visit log.
Your browser connects only to the multiboxi.com server, which runs in the European Union (OVHcloud).
Waitlist
- Data: email address, website language, optionally the number of mailboxes, the date and wording of your consent and the confirmation.
- Purpose: one email announcing that registration is open.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the link in our email or by writing to privacy@multiboxi.com; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Giving your address is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the list.
- When you leave the list, we delete your address and sign-up data from it completely.
- Retention: until you withdraw consent, and at the latest 30 days after we send the registration announcement. If we have not opened registration by 31 December 2027, we will delete the list. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.
- Signing up by email before the form is live: we add you to the list when your message asks for this information. We then also process data from your message (such as your name and mail providers) and keep it as proof of consent for as long as you are on the list.
Messages to us
When you write to info@multiboxi.com or privacy@multiboxi.com about anything else, we process the data in your message to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep it for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, unless the matter requires longer (for example a complaint).
Recipients
OVHcloud stores and transmits the data on our behalf (website server and email), in the European Union. We do not sell data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Profiling and automated decisions
We do not profile you or make decisions about you by automated means.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
