Website and waitlist terms
Terms of use for multiboxi.com and the waitlist. Use of the multiboxi app will be covered by separate Terms of Service, which we will publish before we open the app to the first people outside the team.
Service provider
The website and the waitlist are run by GND3D, ul. Sportowa 12, 32-083 Balice, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6831721892, REGON 351474950, email info@multiboxi.com.
What the service covers
- The website: information about multiboxi, available without registration and free of charge.
- The waitlist: one email announcing that registration for multiboxi is open. The service is free of charge.
Technical requirements
A web browser and an email address. The website does not need JavaScript, does not store cookies or other data on your device and does not install software.
Joining and leaving
- The waitlist agreement is concluded when you confirm with the link in our email or, when you sign up by email, when we confirm your place in our reply.
- You can leave at any time without giving a reason: with the link in our email or by writing to privacy@multiboxi.com. The agreement also ends once we have sent the registration announcement.
- The agreement ends no later than 31 December 2027 if we have not opened registration by then.
Rules of use
Do not send unlawful content, and do not add other people’s addresses to the list without their consent. We may remove a sign-up made against these rules.
Complaints
Send complaints to info@multiboxi.com. Include the address you signed up with and a description of the issue. We will reply within 14 days.
Changes to these terms
We will tell people on the list about any change to these terms by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change, you can leave the list.
Risks
Using the internet carries typical risks such as messages impersonating senders (phishing) or malware. We will never ask for your mail password in an email.
