How to add WP mail to multiboxi
WP mail lets mail programs connect over IMAP and SMTP. First you need to turn on access for mail programs in the mail settings.
What you need
- Access to WP mail in a browser.
- Access for mail programs turned on in the mail settings.
- A password for mail programs, if WP offers one; otherwise your mail password.
Step by step
- Sign in to WP mail in a browser and turn on access for mail programs (IMAP) in the settings.
- If WP offers a separate password for mail programs, create it and copy it.
- In multiboxi choose “Add a mailbox”, then the WP tile. Enter your email address and password.
- The wizard checks the connection and shows the mailbox folders. Give the mailbox a name and a colour.

Good to know
- WP changes the names of items in its settings, so we do not quote them word for word. If you cannot find them, search WP help for “program pocztowy” (mail program) or “IMAP”.
- o2.pl addresses belong to the same group but use different servers. Add them as another mailbox.
If something does not work
- Wrong password message: check that you are entering the app password (without spaces), not your main password, and that IMAP access is turned on.
- You can enter a new password later in the mailbox settings in multiboxi, without removing the mailbox.
